Cut files for the Girl Guides of Canada Trefoil
Here are some cut files I have for cutting trefoils on a digital paper cutting machine. I used the Brother ScanNCut free for use at the Imagine Space in the Centrepointe Branch of the Ottawa Public Library. References to cutting settings are for that machine where normal paper is a 3-4.
The svg files likely also work with the Cricut and the Sillhouette machines. Probably a laser cutter too (also at the library).
Sticker Paper – Dollarama
This one I made for sticker paper, so that I could do half cuts, and pull back all the non-trefoils, then divide into 6 – one section per girl. The Dollarama glitter paper is very thin. Low tack mat. Half cut – 1.5.

Letter paper – glitter cardstock

Three separate svg files designed for letter cardstock. Layout was because I wanted one big for each girl, and I have 24, but only 23 would fit on a layout. I just filled in the rest as there was space. I used Dollarama glitter cardstock. Low tack mat. Cut depth 5.
3 separate svg for letter12×12 glitter cardstock
I haven’t tried this yet, but the paper I have is glossy on the back (unknown origin) so I’m going to use the standard tack mat. Likely a 5, 5.5 or 6 for blade.
trefoils – 12″ x 12″Just 1 trefoil
If you just want 1 trefoil. Here is the original one, as svg.
single blue trefoilThe artwork is from Girl Guides of Canada (login required). I just created a layout in svg that works with the paper cutting machines, and paper size.
